While with Redken, Barb has had the amazing opportunity to work with educators and developers from around the work who have steered the fashion industry for years. She has remained with Redken, focusing on education and continual improvement, which has given her the ability to stay on the leading edge of the hair industry. Barbs experience in the Salon Industry is based on this continual improvement and education, and it is with this experience that she decided to open the Loft Hair Design Studio. In 2003, Barb was able to establish a Salon focused on providing a strong learning environment for stylists, allowing them to grow creatively as well as professionally. In this type of setting, clients are able to have the service they require, utilizing any skills and technique of today’s most current fashions. It is on these principles that Barb has been able to grow the Loft Salon to its current level.
